The product is intended for small animals, particularly dogs for preventative dental care and supplementary treatment of mouth cavity inflammations.

Characteristics

TraumaPet stoma Ag is a veterinary product with a content of nanosilverfor cleaning of animal teeth. The abrasive structure aids with plaque removal and mild meat flavour turns the teeth cleaning into a pleasant experience. Years of research and clinical testing have proven the antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory effects of silver. The product does not exhibit any toxic side effects.

Directions for use

Dental hygiene of dogs is to be carried out regularly, ideally on a daily basis with a toothbrush and an appropriate amount of toothpaste depending on the size of the animal, but should not be excessive. The toothbrush should always be soft and of appropriate size with respect to the treated animal.Brushing should begin at an easily accessible part of the occlusion in the labial surface of the incisors and canines. If the dog does not react negatively to the procedure, the brushing can be extended to the back of the mouth on the labial sides of teeth to the molars. If possible, cheeks and lips should be pulled aside to aid visual control of the brushing process. Brushing of the cusp surface and the of the teeth is often possible only with co-operating dogs. If the dog stays calm, cleaning can be carried out by a single person. In the opposite situation another person is recommended to hold the animal still.
